At last we were out of New York City.

Our landscape now changed from gray concrete to green trees...

In early 1969 we bought a 40' Drift-R-Cruz Houseboat. We planned to move aboard our new Home in the Spring. (this was actually Mary's idea) Everything that we took over to the boat fit in the trunk of our 2 cars, 1 trip. A yard sale disposed of the rest. The Adventure was about to begin! And we didn't know that a brand new crew member would be joining us in the Fall...
